I.
Every automation that we build has to survive a real environment, where real errors happen. We build fallback mechanisms and retries, two details that get often ignored by other players in the space. We believe a system that is not capable of handling errors is a system that got built in a perfect environment, and perfect environments are not where our clients operate in.
II.
We don't stop at delivery. We offer a low-cost incident triage package, everything we build includes instant notifications whenever something critical breaks, allowing us to rapidly fix the problem. Even the perfect system has bugs, we acknowledge that and we don't leave you alone.
III.
Gladium is built by software developers. We don't put AI slop in your company. We bring real engineering expertise in automation workflows, we think that just because something has a simple goal does not mean that deserves a sloppy build. When things are built with structure and care, value compounds. When things are built with approximation, errors compound.
