You have sold technical services or B2B software before, and you can tell the difference. You can hold a conversation with a prospect without leaning on buzzwords. You are comfortable disqualifying prospects who are not a fit. You want commission upside, not a salary floor.
You need leads handed to you. You sell on hype and worry about substance later. "Commission-only" reads as a red flag instead of an opportunity.
Commission-only. 22% of contract value on closed deals, paid on collection. Above the market average for this role. 6% recurring on retainer revenue you originate for the first 12 months, also above average. No cap.

Write, record, and edit short-form and long-form video content for YouTube and LinkedIn. We collaborate on providing input material. Content must reflect our values. AI slop and hype marketing are absolutely off the table.
You have current experience with content creation. We care about the work, not the metrics around it. You have a natural, engaging presence in front of the camera. You are a native English speaker or near-native fluency. You are already creating content in the tech space.
Fixed per-video rate. This is not a full-time position.
